Customer Care Process
Effective Immediately
Homeowners who closed in July 2022 to present will CLICK on the “SUBMIT a WARRANTY REQUEST” button to submit a warranty claim.
Homeowners who closed before July 2022 will need to submit warranty requests by emailing our warranty department at warranty@infinitybuilthomes.com.
ALL warranty requests will need to be submitted per the instructions above based on your closing date.

ALL warranty correspondence will need to be handled this way. Please do NOT contact our associates directly regarding anything warranty or post-closing related. This is to ensure your items are addressed efficiently and in a timely manner.
