  • Present and communicate a variety of home designs, features and benefits to customers having a full comprehension of the sales process
  • Open and occupy models during model hours, weekends are required
  • Maintain community, model, and inventory home’s appearance and cleanliness
  • Have updated marketing materials and brochures at model and inventory homes
  • Prices and information on all marketing materials should be up-to-date with current pricing, options, and incentives
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing customers accurately on the home buying process.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly/yearly sales quotas.
  • Send weekly updates with traffic reports on prospects
  • Drive traffic to communities through Activities:
      • Realtor office visits
      • Cold Calling
      • Placing signage in and around community at designated areas
      • Realtor connections
      • Networking through events and Social Media
  • Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographics


  • One (1) year experience in the homebuilding industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, professional and capable of achieving weekly goals without extensive supervision
  • Must interact well with associates, customers, outside real estate agents and brokers
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Must be computer savvy with strong social media skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic
  • Accept constructive feedback
  • Team player
