I’m a new homeowner in the Greenway Commons neighborhood in New Albany, IN - built by Infinity Built Homes and Development. The concept for the community as a whole immediately drew me to seeking a new construction home here. It is beautifully designed with easy access to trails, nature and wildlife. As a first-time purchaser of new construction, I was cautious of the process, but found Renada Steurer to be an EXCEPTIONAL advocate throughout my purchasing process. She was accessible, friendly, processional and trustworthy. The builders (Thank you, Ray) approached the walkthrough and move-in process with honesty, integrity and professionalism, addressing each minor issue (expected with any new construction) in a timely fashion and with high quality work before move-in. Closing was a pleasure (Thank You, Marijane) and Infinity provided me with an entire welcome binder full of helpful information about the home and community, next steps to complete the move successfully, and helpful contact names and numbers should anything arise. Finally - the quality of the home is exceptional; the neighbors who have lived here for multiple seasons expressed satisfaction with how their homes have weathered and settled. I highly recommend Infinity Built Homes and Development.

We purchased our home thru Infinity about a year ago. We’ve been really pleased so far with our home. We absolutely love the layout and how it functions for your family of 6. Any issues that have come up Infinity is quick to respond and address the issue covered under the warranty. Renada was so helpful and knowledgeable with the home buying process. We also love the Heritage Place Community and enjoy taking our kids to the playground. If you’re considering a home with Infinity, I highly recommend.

I bought my patio home built by Infinity Homes in 2020 and I love it. The design is extremely livable and the finish is very well done. Tray ceilings and crown moldings as well as wainscoting in the entry hall, beautiful countertops and LVP flooring finish the interior. Outside I have a covered front porch and patio.

I closed on a home in Greenway Commons in New Albany, Indiana. This is the first time I ever bought a home. What can I say I love my home. It’s only been 1 month since closing, but I can’t find anything wrong. When we had the 1st walk through we found a few things that needed to be addressed, and they came back and fixed everything.The last walk through everything was explained from heat pump to the refrigerator. Everything was talked about so that I knew all about my new home and how to contact them if I had any problems. I would definitely recommend them because they put a lot of effort into building a good product. I am very pleased.

I absolutely love Infinity Homes. I personally own an Infinity Home and as a Realtor, I also highly enjoy working with everyone at Infinity. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the very start you get to work with Renada and she makes the home buying process very simple and stress free.
