Located in Clark County School District, Heritage Place offers custom homes with easy access for work, school and play in nearby Charlestown, IN.
We’re also excited to report that Heritage Place has been selected by Mayor Bob Hall and the Charlestown City Council as one of the designated locations for a new city pocket park. According to Mayor Hall, “this is just another step in fulfilling the commitment to put a park within walking distance of every family.”
In an effort to provide recreation opportunities for everyone in the family, The Heritage Place Park, scheduled to start in 2019, will have a playground, shelter/picnic, basketball, and pickleball courts.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking on the rugged terrain, lake swimming and fishing, and bird watching at the nearby Charlestown State Park.
Commuting to nearby Louisville? Heritage Place is a convenient 15 minutes from the East End bridge, and only 25 minutes to downtown Louisville.
